After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing complete tracking details on your registered email address. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches you.
In case your parcel does not arrive, it is your responsibility to inform our team within 14 days of receiving the dispatch confirmation. We will then coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
Please note that any claims of non-delivery made after the 14-day window cannot be entertained, as courier records will be treated as final. Iris Couture will not be liable for lost or delayed shipments reported beyond this timeframe.
