No refunds are offered for pre-wear or change of mind (style, color, or design).
* Exchanges are only possible in case of a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, provided that:
1. The outfit has not been worn, altered, or washed.
2. You notify our team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
3. The issue is verified by our customer service team.
* Size alterations can be made if the style and work remain the same.
* Exchange must be made within 7 days and only for items of equal value.
For International Clients (Deliveries in Pakistan)
* If your international order is delivered to a Pakistan address, the recipient must check the parcel at delivery.
* Any issue must be reported within 48 hours; no claims will be entertained after this time.
